How do you deposit with UPI step by step?
- Open Account → Deposit and tap UPI-QR or UPI-QRpay.
- Choose a channel; check the range (for example Bull2-QRpay at ₹100 – 30K).
- Pick an amount button or type an amount.
- Tap Deposit to generate the order and QR.
- Open PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay or your bank’s UPI app and scan.
- Pay exactly the amount shown, before the timer ends.
- Copy the UTR from your UPI receipt.
- Back in BDG Game, refresh your balance or check Deposit history.

What is a UTR and why does it matter?
The UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) is the 12-digit number your UPI app shows for every payment. If your deposit isn’t credited, support uses it to locate the payment. That’s why the BDG Game notice bar asks you to remember the UPI ID you paid and fill in the correct UTR.
What mistakes delay UPI deposits?
- Paying a different amount from the order (₹500 instead of ₹499, for example).
- Paying after the order timer has expired.
- Cancelling the order after paying.
- Paying an old QR saved from a previous deposit.
